March 14, 2022—Author James Lee Hutchinson presented: “Tales from the Greatest Generation.” The program included the former Air Force Tech Sergeant’s war reminiscences as well as stories of growing up in Bedford during the Depression and life in the postwar era.

In his stead, Jeff Routh shared a couple of very interesting on-line resources for Lawrence County history. The first is how to access the incredible Jim Guthrie historic photograph collection on Indiana Memory. Just as a reminder, this project has been largely funded through a grant from the Indiana Historical Society.
Jeff will also show us how to access our 360-degree museum tour on Google. Getting the museum photographed and on Google as a 360-degree tour was funded through a grant from Lawrence County Tourism.Dec. 12, 2022, 7 p.m.— Incredible Alaska is a special presentation given by Marci Hawkins who spent 45 years living in America’s last frontier.
